We are delighted to celebrate the successful completion of the RSM Fundamentals of U.S. Taxation Program, conducted in collaboration with RSM for our PGDM students.

Over the course of 10 weeks, students gained valuable exposure to the fundamentals of U.S. taxation through expert-led sessions delivered by RSM professionals. The program provided a unique opportunity to bridge academic learning with industry practice, equipping students with practical insights into global tax systems and enhancing their career readiness.

The Certification Ceremony marked an important milestone in this collaborative journey, recognising our students' commitment and achievements while strengthening the connection between academia and industry.

A highlight of the event was the Certificate & Goodies Distribution, celebrating the achievements of our students and recognising their dedication throughout the program. The VJIM Team also presented mementoes to the RSM team as a token of appreciation for their support, guidance and commitment to student development.

We are pleased to share that Dr.Gadigeppa Muramatti, Assistant Professor – Agri Management, has published his research paper titled “Agri-Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation: Bridging Food Security and Environmental Protection” in The Journal of Asia Entrepreneurship and Sustainability (ABDC-C Indexed).

His research highlights the critical role of agricultural entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation in addressing food security challenges while promoting environmental protection. The study offers valuable insights into creating resilient agricultural ecosystems that support both economic growth and sustainability.

It is always encouraging to see impactful research being recognised on reputable academic platforms.

We extend our congratulations to Dr Gadigeppa Muramatti and wish him continued success in his academic and research pursuits. His contributions continue to strengthen the academic and research culture at VJIM.

Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM), Hyderabad, is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore, to strengthen international academic collaboration and create global learning opportunities for students.

The MoU was signed by Prof (Dr) Bharat Bhushan Singh, Director, VJIM, and Mr. Seong Kim Ho, CEO, SIM Academy. Through this partnership, VJIM PGDM students will have the opportunity to participate in immersive learning experiences in Singapore and gain exposure to global business practices, innovation, and leadership.

Facilitated by the Centre for International Relations under the leadership of Dr.Rakesh Patra, Head of International Relations, this collaboration marks another step in VJIM’s commitment to providing meaningful international exposure and preparing globally competent managers.

Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM) recently conducted a Management Development Program on "Data to Intelligence using Power BI" for executives of Hetero Labs. The program brought together middle management professionals from diverse functional areas including Marketing, HR, Finance and Purchase.

Conducted by Dr. N. Padamja and Dr. R. Srinivasa Rao across three focused sessions, the program enabled participants to explore how data can be transformed into meaningful business intelligence through effective visualization and analytical tools.

As businesses increasingly rely on insights rather than intuition, the ability to interpret and act on data has become a critical managerial capability. The active participation and engagement of the executives throughout the program reflected the growing importance of data driven decision making across industries.

We take pride in our faculty's contribution to executive learning and in our continued efforts to strengthen industry engagement through impactful development programs that create meaningful value for organizations.

The Global Immersion Programme, the Rural Immersion Programme, industrial visits, late nights, campus chaos and the faculty who genuinely showed up. None of it felt like a checklist. It all just became life, the kind you actually remember.

And eventually, that dream role, the one that felt almost too ambitious to say out loud, became real.

That's what VJIM quietly does for a lot of people. It doesn't just prepare you for a career. It gives you the space to figure out who you are before you step into one.
