दिनांक 06/06/2026 को Hari Singh Ruprah Arts Commerce and Law College, सादर, जबलपुर के बी.ए. एल.एल.बी. 10वें सेमेस्टर एवं एल.एल.बी. 6वें सेमेस्टर के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा शैक्षणिक उद्देश्य से जेल भ्रमण किया गया। इस भ्रमण का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को न्याय व्यवस्था, कारागार प्रशासन तथा सुधारात्मक न्याय प्रणाली की व्यावहारिक जानकारी प्रदान करना था। जेल भ्रमण विधि शिक्षा का एक महत्वपूर्ण भाग माना जाता है, क्योंकि इससे विद्यार्थियों को कारागार की वास्तविक कार्यप्रणाली, बंदियों के अधिकारों तथा पुनर्वास संबंधी गतिविधियों को निकट से समझने का अवसर मिलता है।

भ्रमण के दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने जेल परिसर की विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं का अवलोकन किया तथा कारागार अधिकारियों से जेल प्रशासन, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, बंदियों के दैनिक जीवन एवं उनके पुनर्वास कार्यक्रमों के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त की। विद्यार्थियों को यह भी बताया गया कि कारागार केवल दंड देने का स्थान नहीं है, बल्कि अपराधियों के सुधार और उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा से पुनः जोड़ने का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम भी है।

इस अवसर पर विद्यार्थियों ने न्याय व्यवस्था के मानवीय पक्ष को समझा तथा यह जाना कि कानून का उद्देश्य केवल अपराध को नियंत्रित करना ही नहीं, बल्कि अपराधियों के सुधार और पुनर्वास को भी सुनिश्चित करना है। यह भ्रमण विद्यार्थियों के लिए अत्यंत ज्ञानवर्धक एवं प्रेरणादायक रहा, जिसने उनके सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान को व्यावहारिक अनुभव से जोड़ने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

Police Station Visit on 31/05/2026
On 31/05/2026, the students of BA LLB and LLB from Hari Singh Ruprah Arts, Commerce and Law College visited a police station as part of an educational and practical learning program. The main objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the legal system, police administration, and the real-life implementation of law so that they could better understand legal education beyond textbooks.
During the visit, the students observed the working system of the police station and gained valuable knowledge about the process of filing FIRs, complaint handling, investigation procedures, record maintenance, and the role of police in maintaining law and order. The students also interacted with police officials to understand practical legal procedures, citizens’ rights, and administrative responsibilities more effectively.
The visit proved to be highly informative and beneficial for the students. It helped them gain practical insight into the legal and policing system, enhancing their understanding of law in real-life situations. Such educational visits play an important role in the academic and professional development of law students and inspire them to become responsible legal professionals in the future.

Education Week – Day 7

Today, on the seventh day of Education Week at Hari Singh Ruprah Arts Commerce and Law College, a “MUN (Model United Nations)” program was successfully organized for the BALLB students. All the students and professors enthusiastically participated in the event and made it highly successful. The main objective of the program was to enhance students’ leadership qualities, communication skills, legal understanding, confidence, and awareness of international affairs.
During the event, students represented different countries and presented their views on various global issues such as international relations, human rights, environmental protection, peace, and global security. The participants showcased their excellent debating skills, logical thinking, legal knowledge, public speaking abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
All the professors guided and motivated the students throughout the program. Both students and faculty members actively contributed to making the event informative, interactive, and inspiring. The atmosphere of the program was highly educational, energetic, and intellectually engaging.

📚 Education Week – Day 3 📚
Today, a Crime Scene Investigation Mock Drive and Moot Court was organized, where the students solved the entire case with great seriousness, intelligence, and dedication. The students showcased their talent, logical reasoning, and legal knowledge brilliantly.
On this occasion, our respected Director, Sir Adv. Nevtej Singh Ruprah took some time out of his busy schedule to participate in the Moot Court session and shared valuable insights with the students regarding legal procedures, investigation techniques, and the justice system.
His guidance and encouragement proved to be highly inspiring for the students. With the cooperation and participation of all students and professors, the program was successfully conducted.
