Besides declaring the results through internet on our website we also pass on test scores through S M S. Moreover, we have a touch screen panel installed at the institute where the students /guardians can see the progress of students in the series of tests. The guardians can have an assessment of the performance of their wards by getting complete data through this touch screen panel. We not only guide the students for medical entrance but also aim at improving their personality and communicative skills. For this we have planned to arrange special classes in Hindi as well as English medium for our students where they would be given the basic knowledge of grammar and taught communicative skills. Further, due to large number of medical entrance aspirants, which is growing every year, the students sometimes feel acute psychological and mental pressure. To deal with this aspect we have established a counseling cell that guides and instills confidence in them through morale boosting sessions. For the students living in remote areas for whom attending the classes regularly in not feasible, we have devised correspondence courses where we send all the test papers along with relevant study material prepared by our tem of experts, regularly throughout the year. To give maximum facility to the students we have fully air-conditioned classrooms and library where the students can utilize their time in their studies after teaching sessions. To minimize the problems of settlement of students from outside the city we have given affiliation to some very good hostels, separate for boys and girls, where all the necessary boarding and conveyance facilities are made available to the students at very competitive rates. These hostels are regularly visited by our teachers and non teaching staff to take care of the various academic needs of the students..
