Not on likes, comments and vanity metrics.

And I can't tell you how impactful it is.
Recently, I got an invitation from Arnika
For her marriage (Non Bengali marriage 🫣)

And I enjoyed it a lot.

Her family's hospitality.
Total celebration and rituals.
Return gift, gesture and laughter.

But more than enjoying, I want to tell you something.

I wouldn't have known her if I weren't on LinkedIn.
And rather than just staying active on LinkedIn.
I kept building an authentic community.

A lot of people don’t know, but Arnika Bhardwaj and I have been connected since 2023.

We both support each other, and we’ve had an amazing podcast as well.

She was part of my community as well.

And that led to a strong friendship.

Well, keep making good bonds, my friend.

It pays off. I’m living proof.

A reminder for you

I’ve never heard an 80-year-old regret wasting their life. Yet many people aged 22–28 are in the rat race, and most don’t take any steps to change their situation.

The older generation has lived and accepted their choices, while young people remain anxious and inactive, and in a few years, they will feel the same.

So act now, act quickly, and don’t delay!

Today is 26th January, 2026.

It's the Republic Day of India. 🇮🇳

It marks the day in 1950 when the Indian Constitution came into effect, and India became a republic.

The Republic is part of my everyday life.
Able to speak freely and also listen to others.
In making my own choices while respecting others.

The tricolour is a reminder that our democracy is alive only when each of us takes responsibility.

Being Indian means living by the values our Constitution promises. Justice, equality, and dignity for all.

Proud to be an Indian.
