🍽️ Culinary Biophilia – A Moment to Remember!

We are delighted to share that on behalf of the School of Hospitality, Sister Nivedita University, our Head of the Department & Assistant Director, Dr Rahul Chowdhury , recently had the opportunity to felicitate the Culinary Maestro, Chef Manjeet Gill, at the beautiful Biophilic Vedic Village Spa Resort, Kolkata.
The evening unfolded at the Matir Modhu Grazing Table, alongside Padmashree Dr. Chef Manjit Singh Gill, into a beautiful symphony of flavours, textures, and emotions — celebrating Bengal’s soil, soul, and stories.
It was a fantastic evening of learning, networking, and connecting with luminaries from different walks of life at the stunning Vedic Village Spa Resort. Truly, a night to cherish! 🌿🍴✨
Chef Zaved Islam's creativity turned every plate into a masterpiece.
