The Loreto College Alumnae Association, in collaboration with the Women and Gender Development Cell of Loreto College, proudly observed Women’s Health Week (9th–13th March 2026) to mark International Women’s Day.

From energizing sessions like Strength Training, Zumba, Yoga, and Dance Movement Therapy to reflective practices like Mindfulness, the week was filled with learning, movement, and meaningful conversations. Resource persons shared valuable insights on stress management, fitness, and preventive healthcare.

With enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and alumnae, the initiative created a vibrant and supportive space for awareness, dialogue, and empowerment.
