The Department of Electronics & Communications Engineering, Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM), successfully organized INCEPTION’26, its Annual Technical Program, on 25th and 26th May 2026 with enthusiastic participation from students across all semesters. The event was graciously inaugurated in the esteemed presence of our respected Executive Director Sir, Principal Sir, Vice Principal Sir, Registrar Sir, Departmental HODs and other dignitaries whose presence motivated students to pursue innovation, creativity, and technical excellence. INCEPTION’26 featured a diverse range of competitions including INVITARE (Innovative Project Competition), TECHMANIA (Quiz Competition), CLICKATHON (Photography Competition), KALAKRITI (Live Painting Competition), and POSTERIA (Technical Poster Making Competition). The participants showcased remarkable talent, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities throughout the event. The program provided an excellent platform for students to exchange ideas, demonstrate their skills, and foster a spirit of healthy competition and innovation. The overwhelming response and active participation made the event a resounding success. A special highlight of INCEPTION’26 was the enthusiastic participation of young innovators from four schools. A total of 13 school students, accompanied by two mentors, took part in the event, making this year's edition even more vibrant and inclusive. Their presence added a new dimension to the program and strengthened the spirit of collaboration between school and higher education communities. The Department of ECE extends its heartfelt gratitude to the institute authorities, faculty members, organizers, judges, volunteers, and all participants for their invaluable support and contribution in making INCEPTION’26 a memorable and successful event. The event of golden memories, IMPULZ 2026, began with a graceful lamp-lighting ceremony - symbolizing wisdom, success, and the cherished memories of our journey together.

This was followed by heartfelt addresses from our esteemed dignitaries, including the Executive Director, Principal, Registrar, Vice-Principal, Head of the Department Computer Applications, who shared their inspiring words and well wishes.

The farewell celebration came alive with vibrant student performances - dance, singing, and recitation and all these dedicated to bidding a memorable goodbye to their beloved seniors. A drama scripted and directed by Prof. Subhashis Adhikary, based on the theme of SAMARPAN 2026, was performed by Dr. Ashoktaru Pal, Prof. Subhashis Adhikary, Prof. Indrajit Pal, Prof. Bidisha Patra, and students of the Department of Computer Applications. Through a compelling performance, the drama conveyed a meaningful social message emphasizing the importance of supporting and uplifting underprivileged people.

We are incredibly proud of each one of you. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, we wish you boundless success and the strength to embrace every challenge that comes your way.

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2026, the Department of Business Administration, Future Institute of Engineering & Management (FIEM) successfully organized the "Beat the Heat: Community Hydration Programme" as part of its NSS outreach initiative. Our students distributed glucose water bottles 🧃 and biscuit packets 🍪 to outdoor workers and commuters, helping them stay hydrated during the intense summer heat.

The Department of Business Administration, FIEM, organized an engaging workshop for faculty and staff members on 3rd June 2026. Led by Mr. Ayan Roy, Founder of Investura Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., the session covered budgeting, savings, investments, financial planning, smart saving, and retirement readiness.

The grand inauguration of 'Future Nexus', the first-ever college magazine of our Institute,FIEM, was held at Sumantra Ghoshal Hall on 14 May 2026 before a packed audience of students, faculty members, staff, and distinguished guests.

The occasion was graced by our esteemed Executive Director, Dr. Aloke Kumar Ghosh, who formally unveiled the cover of 'Future Nexus', marking the official launch of this landmark publication. The unveiling ceremony ushered in a vibrant cultural programme that infused the celebration with enthusiasm and artistic flair. The audience was enthralled by a series of melodious songs, graceful dance performance, and captivating recitation, all of which contributed to making the event a truly memorable and joyous occasion.

The launch of 'Future Nexus' stands as a significant milestone in the history of our Institute, providing a platform for creativity, intellectual expression, and the celebration of student, staff and faculty achievements.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, promoting teamwork, strategic thinking, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among students through exciting and competitive matches.
