Kunwar’s Global School celebrated International Yoga Day on 21 June 2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, parents, and teachers. The event was organized to promote the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.

The celebration commenced in the school premises during the morning hours. The gathering began with a warm welcome address by Principal Mr. Sushant Srivastava. The significance of International Yoga Day and the role of yoga in developing concentration, discipline and overall health was told to the participants. Babuji Students, parents and staff members assembled together and participated wholeheartedly in the activities.

Under the guidance of trained instructors and teachers, participants performed a series of yoga asanas, stretching exercises, breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation practices. The session included various postures aimed at improving flexibility, strength, posture and mindfulness. Participants were encouraged to adopt yoga as a regular part of their daily routine.

The event fostered a spirit of unity and wellness as families and educators practiced together. Students demonstrated excellent enthusiasm and discipline throughout the session. SUMMER CAMP 2026 – CRICKET MATCH
To mark the conclusion of Summer Camp 2026 and to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment among students, a Friendly Cricket Match was organized on the last day of camp at Kunwars Global School.

The match was conducted to encourage group activity, physical fitness, and a spirit of healthy competition. Students participated with great enthusiasm and energy, displaying excellent coordination and team spirit on the field. The event helped them understand the importance of collaboration, discipline, and fair play.

Teachers and mentors cheered for both teams, creating an atmosphere of excitement and encouragement. The match concluded with happy faces, cheers, and a sense of accomplishment among all participants.

The objective of the event was successfully achieved as students not only enjoyed the game but also learned valuable lessons in teamwork and mutual respect.

Today, on the sacred remembrance of Kunwar Yasharth, the Kunwar’s Global School family came together to pay humble tribute to the guiding soul whose vision continues to inspire generations.

SUMMER CAMP – ART ACTIVITY

As part of the ongoing summer camp, Kunwar’s Global School organized a Colour and Canvas Painting session for students to explore their artistic potential. The activity was designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of canvas painting while nurturing creativity and self-expression.
During the session, students were provided with canvases, acrylic colors, and brushes. Under the guidance of art teacher MS TULIKA KASHYAP, they learned basic techniques such as color mixing, brush strokes, and layering. Students created vibrant landscapes, abstract patterns, and nature-inspired artwork, showcasing their imagination and individual style.
The activity aimed to enhance fine motor skills, visual awareness, and concentration. It also encouraged students to express their emotions through colors and develop an appreciation for art. Participants displayed great enthusiasm and completed their paintings with confidence and pride.
The Colour and Canvas Painting session proved to be a joyful and enriching experience, contributing significantly to the creative development of students during the summer camp.

Kunwar’s Global School successfully participated in the “Times EduVerse 4.0” competitions supported by Unifusion on 13th May 2026. The event aimed to encourage creativity, knowledge, expression, and confidence among students from Classes I to XII.

The competitions were conducted in three different categories:
1. General Knowledge
2. Painting Contest
3. Creative Writing

Students participated enthusiastically across all three groups:
• Group 1 – Up to Class V
• Group 2 – Classes VI to VIII
• Group 3 – Classes IX to XII

A total of 47 students from the school participated in the event. The General Knowledge competition tested students’ awareness and knowledge through a questionnaire provided by The Times of India. The Painting Contest allowed students to showcase their creativity and artistic skills on topics provided during the competition. The Creative Writing competition gave students an opportunity to express their thoughts, imagination, and writing abilities effectively.

The event was conducted smoothly under the guidance of the school coordinators and teachers. Students participated with great enthusiasm, confidence, and discipline throughout the competitions. The activities helped in enhancing students’ creativity, critical thinking, communication skills, and overall personality development.
