💜 World Vitiligo Day Awareness Initiative 💜
On the occasion of World Vitiligo Day (25 June 2026), Shristi, a student of PGM International School, visited renowned Meerut dermatologist Dr. Preeti Mittal to conduct an awareness interview on Vitiligo.
During the interaction, Shristi asked questions about the causes, symptoms, effects, treatment and care associated with Vitiligo. Dr. Preeti Mittal explained that Vitiligo is a skin condition that may have genetic causes and emphasized that it is not contagious and cannot spread through touch or physical contact.
The interview aimed to dispel common myths, promote awareness and encourage society to treat individuals with Vitiligo with understanding, respect and compassion.

💙 Celebrating Father’s Day at PGM International School 💙
Father’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at PGM International School. Our students participated wholeheartedly by sharing beautiful photos and heartwarming videos with their fathers, expressing their love, gratitude and the special bond they share.

🌿🧘‍♀️ International Yoga Day Celebration at PGM International School 🧘‍♂️🌿
On the occasion of International Yoga Day , PGM International School proudly concluded its Yoga Week Celebration with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, parents and teachers.
The yoga sessions were conducted by Yoga Guru Mr. Sohan Pal Singh and Ms. Shivangi Sharma, who guided participants through various yoga asanas, breathing techniques and wellness practices. They emphasized the importance of making yoga a part of daily life for better physical health, mental peace and overall well-being.
The event served as a wonderful reminder that a few minutes of yoga every day can lead to a healthier, happier and more balanced life.

Three-Day Yoga Camp Begins at PGM International School
PGM International School, Sarai Kazi Crossing, Garh Road, Meerut, inaugurated its three-day Yoga Camp with enthusiastic participation from students and their parents. The camp was organized to spread awareness about the importance of yoga and encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The yoga session was conducted by Mr. Sohan Pal Singh and Ms. Shivangi Sharma, who demonstrated various yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. They also highlighted the numerous benefits of practicing yoga regularly, emphasizing that daily yoga improves physical fitness, mental well-being, concentration, flexibility and overall health.
At the conclusion of the session, fresh fruits were distributed to all participants to promote healthy eating habits and holistic wellness. The camp inspired everyone to incorporate yoga into their daily routine and work towards a healthier and happier life

🌿 World Environment Day 2026 🌍
To mark World Environment Day, students of PGM International School enthusiastically participated in activities aimed at promoting environmental awareness and responsibility.
The celebration included a Poster Making Activity, where students creatively expressed their ideas on environmental conservation and climate action through colorful and meaningful posters. Students also took part in a Plant Watering Activity, reinforcing the importance of nurturing and caring for plants as an essential step towards a greener future.
These activities encouraged students to develop a sense of responsibility towards nature and inspired them to contribute positively to environmental protection.
