Most people still think filling forms online means typing every detail manually.
But browsers are becoming much smarter with AI now.
Google Chrome is testing a new feature that can turn your speech into polished text, making everyday tasks like registrations, emails, and online applications much easier.
What's interesting is that it doesn't just transcribe your words, it can also smooth out pauses, repeated phrases, and filler words - thereby helping your final text look cleaner and more professional.
For parents, grandparents, and anyone who finds typing tedious, features like these could make technology feel a lot more accessible.
At The Social Paathshala, we help 50+ learners master everyday tech with confidence and clarity. DM "Learn" to know more π©

Sometimes, digital empowerment happens in the most unexpected places. βπ
This week, my favourite cafΓ© in Bandra - Mumbai turned into a digital classroom as I conducted a WhatsApp Storage Session for parents and grandparents.
One participant discovered that WhatsApp alone was using almost 144 GB of storage on her phone and cleared nearly 20 GB during the session. Another learned that WhatsApp has a Storage Management section. Someone else finally understood the difference between KB, MB, and GB.
Moments like these remind me that elders aren't bad at technology. Most of the time, they just need technology explained in a way that makes sense to them.
For a few hours, that cafΓ© became a space filled with curiosity, confidence, and connection β€οΈ

Ever worry that your parents or grandparents might accidentally get their WhatsApp hacked? π€π±
Most WhatsApp scams happen because people unknowingly share OTPs or donβt have basic security settings turned on.
Thatβs why I helped my 61-year-old mother enable one important WhatsApp setting that adds an extra layer of protection to her account. β
Itβs called "2-Step Verification".
Even if someone tries to log into your WhatsApp account, they still cannot access it without your secret 6-digit PIN.
Watch this Reel to learn how to enable WhatsApp 2-Step Verification and protect yourself and your family from common scams and account hacks ππ±

Episode 17 of New Tabs, Old Souls features Ashu Jain, who proves that itβs never too late to rediscover yourself β¨
After years of prioritising family and responsibilities, she decided to choose herself again.
She restarted her studies at age 44 and then went on to complete a PhD from IIT Delhi at age 53, proving that growth has no age limit.
Despite menopause, health challenges, and self doubt, Ashu Jain started her fitness journey with simple morning walks and eventually achieved a podium finish at Bengaluru HYROX recently πͺ
