UPDATE REGARDING IELTS UKVI TEST REQUIREMENT FOR UK COC COURSE - (applicable for tier 4 visa)
For your information with reference to UKVI English Language test requirements, UKVI has made some amendments.

MET IN A PREVIOUS APPLICATION,
EL 3.1. An applicant will meet the English language requirement if they have already shown they met the requirement, at the level required for their current application, in a previous successful application for entry clearance or permission to stay.

It means that if a student already has an IELTS/IELTS for UKVI certificate that was used in a points based Tier 4/Student visa in the past and which was successful and a visa was granted, then they may re-use it for their new Student visa application.
However, the student must still have that physical IELTS/IELTS for UKVI certificate and they must be able to produce a copy of the CAS in which the certificate was included. They must also produce a copy of the visa that was granted using that same CAS.
After some searching this further piece of information was noted on the UKVI website - the CAS that was used in the past must have been assigned on or after 21/04/2011.

1 A printout of your COWIN Certificate,
2 Confirmation of your vaccination status on the Arogya Setu app
3 Your Aadhar card
If you are not yet fully vaccinated, kindly cancel/reschedule your appointment for after both doses are completed.
