An immersive experience that brought learning to life

Our MBA Working Executive students shared how the 3-day On-Campus Immersion - Capstone Project gave them better clarity, helping them focus on the right approaches towards effective decision-making and real-world business understanding.

This one-of-a-kind on-campus immersion was truly beneficial for our students, where learning was blended with engaging discussions, practical exposure, laughter, and memorable experiences.

A successful and enriching 3-day On-Campus Immersion – Capstone Project conducted by NMIMS CDOE for our MBA Working Executives!

With 30+ professionals from diverse industries coming together, the program created an engaging environment focused on practical business learning, strategic thinking, and leadership development.

The sessions were designed to help participants understand the mindset of decision-makers while strengthening core business fundamentals through live examples, practical discussions, and real-world applications. From marketing tactics and positioning strategies to understanding revenue models, workplace challenges, and current business debates — every session encouraged participants to think beyond theory and apply concepts in a practical business environment.

An amazing 3-day In-Campus Immersion Capstone Project session with Mr. , CEO Motivaluate Consulting and Training FZ LLC, focused on developing a CEO mindset for MBA Working Executives.

The session covered finance, operations, strategy, leadership, decision-making, and real business simulations through live examples and interactive discussions. It was not just about learning concepts, but understanding how leaders think, take decisions, and manage real business situations.

An engaging and thought-provoking session was conducted last Saturday by Mukesh Kataria, Head – Technology Digital Learning & Tech COE at KPMG India, for the MBA Working Executive participants during the On-Campus Immersion – Capstone Project at NMIMS, Mumbai.

The session began with one of the most relevant discussions of today’s time — the pros and cons of Artificial Intelligence. While AI continues to transform industries with its power and efficiency, an interesting debate emerged around an important question: Can AI truly replace emotional intelligence? The discussion highlighted how technology can be powerful, but human emotions, empathy, and decision-making will always remain essential.

The session further explored key themes such as:

➡️ Developing an entrepreneurial mindset

What made the session truly impactful was its highly interactive and practical approach.
