9th International Day of Yoga

19.06.2023 Belated Mother's Day celebrated as Mother Child Workshop with fun-filled activities for Mothers and Children. The program was attended by Miss Manju Tamang ,Chairperson SMC, Teachers, Mothers and students.
The day was aimed to understand and establish a bond between Mother and her child, and also to encourage them in learning of their children.The program involved activities like
-Identification of children's handwriting and drawing by parents .
- Identification of Mothers drawing by her child
- Children directing their blindfolded mothers to draw
- Pick and collect stuff on the floor
- Passing the ball in a circle by children and mothers
-Demonstration of handwashing steps by children .

District Legal Service Authority Namchi organised a Pre Environment Day cm Awareness program on MGNREGA, Marriage Act, Plastic Pollution and Juvenile Justice Act . The program was attended by Miss Manju Tamang, Ward Panchayat Sorok, Ms Tara Biswakarma Ward Panchayat Upper Sorok, Para legal volunteers, Members SMC, Guardians Teachers and students .
