On behalf of the Sherpa Literary Development Committee (SSLDC), on 7th September 2025, we celebrated Reow Sang Cho on the auspicious occasion of Pang Lha Sol. We feel truly grateful and blessed, as the puja was led by His Eminence Tulku Dawa Zangpo Kunkhyap Dorjee Rinpoche (Sumin) and Kartin Chy Rinpoche-la.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our advisors, the Land use and environment Board Government of Sikkim, DSA President Shri Sangay Sherpa, and his team for their constant support.

A special note of thanks to the Honourable Sanga Minister for sharing a precious message on Pang Lha Sol and for the generous donation towards the preservation and promotion of Sherpa language and culture.

On this occasion, we were also able to publish a book on Traditional Sikkimese Sherpa Marriage Nuptials authored by Nim Lhamu Sherpa (ATBO).

SSLDC would also like to sincerely thank the cooking team, the forest guard, and once again extend congratulations to all the SSLDC members for making this celebration a success.
