Some of the internet's most favourite words existed way before algorithms, hashtags, and comment sections.

The vocabulary has travelled from ballroom culture to mainstream fads. But did the credits travel with it? Did you know? 🌈

We’re learning as we go. Tell us more in the comments section.

By the time the brand posts the statement, the group chat already has a stronger opinion.

At the e4m PR and Corp Comm Women Achievers Summit 2026, Ashwani Singla, Ankush Chawla, Madhurima Bhatia and Jagruti Kirloskar joined Girish Balachandran for a conversation on who will own the narrative in 2030: companies, leaders, or communities.

Somewhere between “earned media” becoming “earned trust” and communities moving faster than comms teams, one thing became impossible to ignore: The narrative no longer belongs to the person speaking but to the people responding.

Karthik Srinivasan helped us unpack personal branding without the usual “become a thought leader in 10 steps” energy.

From joining communications to overcome stammering, to building a career rooted in perspective, consistency, and intentional visibility.

The session reframed personal branding as less about being everywhere, and more about being remembered for something.

Shoutout to Karthik for the anecdotes, the honesty, and for making the internet feel slightly less chaotic.

We are delighted to welcome Girish Balachandran as Vice-Chair of the ICCO–UNDP Climate Communications Taskforce (CCT). 🌍

Together, UNDP and ICCO created the CCT to develop impactful communications strategies for climate-focused campaigns and activate them across global media markets through Activation Partners.

Girish brings valuable leadership, expertise and purpose-driven vision to this important initiative, and we look forward to the impact and achievements the Taskforce will create together this year.

We were fully prepared to make a serious corporate reel about women empowerment.

Then someone reminded us there's still much work to be done, despite having won this award five times.🏆

Honoured to be recognised as the Best Organisation for Women Empowerment 2026 at the e4m PR & Corp Comm Women Achievers Awards.

Bahut kaam baaki hai.
