Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners via calls & messages
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Build strong follow-ups & convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve monthly conversion & performance targets
- Maintain CRM records and ensure an excellent student experience

Who Can Apply
- 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / Counseling / Telesales
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confident in cold calling & handling student queries
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and disciplined
- Immediate joiners preferred (minimum 1-year commitment)
- Graduates: B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MBA, or equivalent

Before stepping into her new Assistant Manager role, Shikha Sharma spent her days learning on the move. She taught computer basics to students in her hometown, tried and failed and tried again in coding labs, and kept her faith through late-night project crunches. Each step showed her that expertise isn’t about always getting it right, but about showing up for the next challenge.

When Shikha Sharma joined skilledUp as a Data Science Analytics trainee, there were no shortcuts. She faced real data, not just textbook exercises. She found bugs where others would have given up, and built projects from scratch. Her Smart Tel Billing Tracker was much more than a technical win. It showed everyone that dedication, curiosity, and teamwork matter most.

Shikha Sharma learned quickly, and also pulled her team up alongside her. She didn’t stop at dashboards. She empowered others, led presentations, and proved that strong communication can turn analytics from only numbers into real impact. There were tough days, long hours, broken code, and fixes that never seemed to end. But Shikha Sharma never let a setback become a stop sign.
Today, with her recent promotion, Shikha Sharma dreams of much more than just a title. She wants to change the world for the better. She hopes every young learner, especially those just starting out or doubting themselves, knows they belong in this space.
