A Yoga Training Session was conducted by Mr Vikram Singh on the occasion of International Day of Yoga !!
He highlighted importance of Yoga and to make it as a part of our lifestyle. He also taught all members present about various asanas and right technique to perform it.
On 21st June 2024 at 6:30 am to 7:30 am for faculties /Evaluators and 8:00 am to 9:00 am for NCHMCT /ICI Staffs, participants performed yoga at Central Lawn . 101 participants participated in training program with the help of Yoga expert .
Banners were prepared and fixed at main gate and at backdrop of main event at Central lawn.
