Improved flexibility is one of the first and most obvious benefits of yoga. During your first class, you probably won’t be able to touch your toes, never mind do a backbend. That’s no coincidence. Tight hips can strain the knee joint due to improper alignment of the thigh and shinbones. Sage Patanjali describes the aim of , in this Sutra – "तदेव अर्थमात्र निर्भासम स्वरूपशून्यम इव समाधिः tadev arthamatra nirbhasam swarupashunyam iv samadhih".
The meaning is – "When the meaning, or purpose or theme or object of dhyana only exists, and the whole world including self is dissolved into emptiness, it is called Samadhi."
To reach the Samadhi state, one begins with dharana or integration of whole being, subsequently dhyana or dissolution of oneself starts. The more one's individuality is melted away in dhyana, the more Samadhi takes place, when one completely gets lost into infinite, the complete Samadhi happens. This state is very easy to visualize, imagine and talk about but very challenging to experience, as one has to disappear completely into emptiness where nothing remains but the Truth or Infinite Energy and Bliss. Along the way, the practitioners confront the hindrances of thoughts, feelings, emotions, and inhibiting energies and blockages, which they have to cross and transcend with perseverance. When one gets ready and open to experience the Samadhi and it's fruits like infinite Wisdom, Power and Bliss, the practitioner automatically is attracted to that goal like a powerful magnet attracts the small particles of iron. Practitioners have to be just ready, open and devoted to that Higher State of mind, which also is ready, open and devoted to attract the aspirants. When Dhyana becomes intense and deep, Samadhi occurs by itself.
The are indescribable. Experiencing the is charging the self with profound peaceful , awareness, infinity, and luminosity. Not only the present life gets transformed into Divine but also the lives to come. Once it's mastered, it becomes one's innate nature forever. The Samadhi is reaching one's own Supreme Home or State of Soul. When all mental activities are settled and calmed down the body too gets so, subsequently, the Energy and Light of Soul manifests, and one is lost into that energy and bliss. There soul remains in its original state or the perfect tranquillity, energy and bliss. has been a great threat for life. Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases which causes (blood sugar) in the body. This develops either because production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. Patients with high blood sugar will typically experience frequent urination, weight loss, lack of energy, excessive thirst and hunger. This disease begins in form of type 2, which is noninsulin-dependent diabetes. The gradual destruction of beta cells in the pancreas affects the insulin productions in the body, which eventually results in the onset of type 1 diabetes, then a patient becomes dependent on insulin from outside. Type 1 diabetes begets , and other diabetic complications.

Hippocrates was a physician, born in 460 BC in Greek, who laid the foundations of scientific medicine by freeing medical study from the constraints of philosophical speculation and superstition. For his innovative and scientific contributions in medical world, he is called ‘the father of medicines’. One of his most precious discoveries and revelations is - “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Ayurveda, a most ancient science of India, discovered by Sages and Yogis, for healthy and long life, also educates that the purpose of foods is not just for tastes and gratification of tongue, but for nutrition, health and longevity of life. Foods are nothing but medicines for your limbs of the body. Your foods are the foundations of your health. Intake of toxic foods is called food poisoning, which creates different food-borne ailments in the body, such as typhoid fever, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, gastroenteritis, staph infection, haemolytic uremic syndrome, anthrax, food allergies, botulism, nausea and vomiting, norovirus infection like stomach flu or gastric, colitis, seizures, lethargy, hepatitis A, paralysis, tingling or numbness of the skin, blurred vision, chills, etc. The body is already bombarded by environmental pollutions, and in addition, if you intake toxic foods they would worsen the health and life of your body. Ayurveda says, not only the foods construct or destruct your health and longevity, but also the methods by which you eat the foods or/and drinks. Following are the Ayurvedic advices on what and how to eat the foods:
Don’t eat stale foods, but fresh and warm.
Don’t eat bitter, oily, spicy and toxic foods.
Don’t eat incompatible food items together.
Eat ‘ritbhuk’ (seasonal), ‘hitbhuk’ (beneficial), and ‘mitbhuk’ (required quantity).
Eat only when you are truly hungry.
Eat in a calm, clean and comfortable place.
Avoid overeating and also under-eating, frequent and continuous fasting.
Remain happy, peaceful, cheerful and focused while eating.
Don’t swallow the food without proper chewing.
Don’t eat too slow or too fast as it affects the digestive system.
Don’t drink water immediately before (except in weight loose case) or after meal.
Small quantities of water during the meals can be taken, in order to aid the swallowing and digestive process.
Drinking warm water aid the detoxification.
