I am thrilled and deeply honored to share that I have been awarded the IRSD Distinguished Young Scholar Award 2024 during the 13th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development 2024 (IRSD 2024). This esteemed event was organized by Green ThinkerZ, India & International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), India, in association with Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India; IIT Bombay Spoken Tutorial, India; Centre for Modern Construction, Western Sydney University, Australia; Microsoft Flip; Wakelet; Sustainable Cosmos; Elsevier’s Mendeley and The Intelligent Indian on 30th May 2024 at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India.

First and foremost, I would want to express my gratitude to AKAL PURAKH WAHEGURU JI, for the bounties showered upon my life. You have provided me far
more than I could have ever imagined 🙇‍♀️

Words are certainly not enough to express my gratitude towards my parents and my Ph.D. supervisor for their guidance, and constant encouragement that have enabled me to reach this milestone. I am blessed to have a family that has stood by me through every thick and thin ❤️😇

🎓 Excited to announce that I've successfully defended my viva-voce examination for the award of a Ph.D. degree on 24th April 2024! 🌟

📚 "My thesis titled 'A Study of Degradation Behavior of Vegetable Oils' delves into the intricate dynamics of how vegetable oils degrade.

🔍 Through rigorous research and analysis, my thesis reveals novel insights into vegetable oil degradation. It was observed that metal surfaces can accelerate oxidation when exposed to heat, yet demonstrate antioxidant properties at room temperature. A comparison of the storage stability between heated and unheated oils revealed that unheated oils generally exhibit a faster production of peroxides in contrast to heated oils. However, unheated oils tend to form secondary oxidation products at a slower pace. The choice of container for heating oils also influences the rate of aging, with oils stored in copper containers compared to other types of containers. Additionally, the effects of chilli and ginger extracts on oxidation stages were found to be multifaceted.
