Reporting To: Head Branch
Job Location: Chattisgarh
Function: Sales
Openings: 3 ASM
Divisions handling: Surguja, Bilaspur, Durg, Raipur & Bastar
Responsibilities:
1-Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales volume, periodical forecasting
2-Generate & Maximize Sales orders
3-Grow business in terms of volume, revenue & coverage
4-Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales
5-Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
6-Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
7-Maintaining relations with distributors & retailers in the territory
8-Knows how to reduce cost
Requirements:
1) 3-5 years of Experience from Ayurvedic /Medical Industry/FMCG Sector
2) Compatible with MS Office tools
3) Ethernet Knowledge
NOTE: ASM should have a team of minimum 4-5 Sales Officer
