Healthy chana daal salad .
Soak chana daal
Cook very slightly so that it is still crunchy .
Cut cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes , paneer all in small chunks .
Grate carrot & some beetroot for nice colour .
Now put all above in one big mixing bowl . Put black salt , black pepper power, chat masala , roasted and grounded cumin seeds powder , and some lemon over it . Mix thoroughly. And serve as lunch or snack .
PS: It's yummy and very chatpatta , Must give it a try .
