Muqtasid is a high school student who shares a keen interest in Physics, much like many of us. He has contributed articles on Quora, providing simplified answers to significant questions.
I have had the pleasure of being Muqtasid's teacher, and it brings me great joy to see his dedication to grasping not only physics concepts but also those of all the subjects he studies. He applies this knowledge to understand the intricate phenomena of the universe and generously shares his insights.
I'm sharing one of his articles here, and I hope you enjoy it.
Do black holes generate heat or coolness? If they do, how come we haven't noticed any effects from them (like temperature)?
Answer: Black holes are freezing cold on the inside, but incredibly hot just outside. The temperature inside of a black hole is usually less than one millionth of a degree Kelvin. At the edge of the black hole, however, the material being pulled into the black hole with immense gravitational for...

Join me in congratulating our ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ซ, ๐๐ฎ๐ช๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐, for his hard work and dedication to learning Physics.
I am proud of the effort that he put in and that he has been courageous to opt for attempting an exam that is usually attempted by Grade 10 learners.
The word "๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ" creates a lot of stress in most students, and itโs understandable. When you have less time to prepare or apparently your future seems to depend on a score, itโs definitely not easy.
Learning could be an overall positive experience with negligeable exam stress, if right from a young age, learners get nurturing in an education system, where the focus is
--- Being an inquisitive learner in the process of acquiring knowledge.
--- Being able to communicate and share knowledge.
--- Being able to collaborate
--- Being able to discuss disagreements amicably with an open mind.
--- Being able to hold on to your principles in adversity
--- Being a socially responsible individual
(And of course, hard work and attitude act as a strong foundation to achieving the above goals.)
At Bedrock4AI, we work with the above-mentioned principles. We have been using popular skill-based exams as checkpoints of technical learning.
We have had grade 8 students answer ๐๐๐ questions for the specific studied topics, Grade 9 students write ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฌ (CollegeBoard discontinued Subject SATs recently), ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ, and perform wonderfully.
This year (May 2022) one of my ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ learners, attempted ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐, and we just used AP physics syllabus as a guide to study topics, delved deeper into each unit, had fun learning, many times going off track discussing things that seemed relevant to us. We did not even cover the entire syllabus, because we ran short of time and we had no intention to just study for exam without getting into the details of the concepts. Out of 7, we studied 6 units.
We were not waiting for these scores to celebrate. We were already happy with the work we had done and knowledge we had achieved. This isn't a perfect score either. However, the score did augment our happiness and sense of accomplishment and re-affirms our belief in focusing on acquiring knowledge and scores being a side product of it.
P.S. ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ is one of the toughest to get a perfect score. Around 6 to 7 percent of test participants get a 5, around 15 percent get a 4
Many Congratulations Muqtasid!๐๐

Envision a world where quality education is accessible and affordable to all. Bedrock4AI continues to work on this mission, with its courses focused on quality, personalization, at an affordable cost(free for select learners).
At some point I would like to be able to offer all Bedrock4AI courses for free. While we haven't reached that stage yet, I as an individual and as an organization continuously partner with like minded institutes working on mission 'Education', contributing in all possible ways to ensure accessibility of quality education.
My students are encouraged and mentored to be tutors too. The best learning happens only when you become fluent with being able to simplify and share the knowledge.
Schoolhouse.world (SHW) is a platform for free, peer-to-peer tutoringโwhere anyone, anywhere can receive live help, build their skills, and pay it forward by becoming a tutor themselves. I along with few of my students have been working at SHW as volunteers, since Jan 2021.
Schoolhouse.world community is conducting a 3 month long summer camp with a wide variety of courses in subjects like Music, Mathematics, Sciences, Language, Art, Cooking, MUN, Computer Science, so on and so forth.
Enjoy learning @ Schoolhouse.world
