my Story
The Beginning
The Year was 2011

It was a bright sunny day. I was in the Capital Town of Zambia. Based at Lusaka as Director Technical in Telecom Company. Fridays have always been special. A time everyone would look forward to. The weekend would begin just post-launch. Everyone would be in a little relaxed mood, me being no exception. Had reached the office a bit early to catch up few tasks left. I intended to close for the day to have time along with family.

It was around 10A.M when I get a call from my Boss for a status update. I walked to his office, just a floor above. He was also in a casual mood. I greeted and we sat for a chat. Our Sales Head was already in his office room. There was a short discussion on the plan for the next week. Also on the upcoming visit for Annual Operation Planning, Meet in Kenya. The sales Head had almost completed his brief and left shortly after my joining.


I and my Boss have been in mid of discussion, I was sharing updates on the week gone by and the schedule ahead. Just then his phone rings. He greeted the caller cheerfully but soon the smile on his face faded away bearing a sad look. He hung up the phone and shared the News of his mother passing away, who was living in another country. I was also equally emotional to hear the news. My Boss who would otherwise present as a tough guy looked just broke and wept. I could do nothing but watch and be empathetic and console him. I was myself in a far-flung region and my mother was alone in my home town.


I was so taken aback by the incident that I decided to move back to my own country and do something here only. Through this, I could stay closer to my Mom and look after her in her older years. My Mom came from a very humble background. She never attended any school. She lacked formal School Education but there was no dearth of Knowledge she had gained in her journey called life. She was very efficient in maths calculations. When a milk vendor had to be paid or she is in the market out to buy vegetables or even with gold smith buying gold for any occasion, she could calculate instantly. She would include few English words while speaking making us surprised at her ability to grasp things so easily even at this age.


She made a lot of sacrifices to ensure that we all brothers and sisters get the best when it came to Education at Schools and even afforded our boarding education post Primary school, managing in whatever earning parents had then. She would always emphasise the need for good Education and the benefits of being Educated and to be Learned. Having seen the tough times and faced hardships she would save every penny she would get and not spend when not required, being frugal and minimalist. She could save enough to buy 2 Acres of Land along the roadside, for cultivation back in the late seventies.


I landed in India in April of 2013 leaving my well-set job but much contented to be with my aged mom. I started my journey of becoming an entrepreneur. As a small token of our love and appreciation, opened a school on the land she had bought long back. She felt immensely happy on my return and also about putting the best use of the land by opening a school that would provide affordable education with sports facilities to the children of the surrounding areas.

It was in April 2014 that Shining Star Global School Sai (under the Agis of Gaytri Devi Education Society) was established. She left us on the 1st of April 2020, leaving a legacy she only could have built. I could savour seven years after coming home to live with her and shall cherish the fond memories. Her Persona par Excellence. The Royal Lady.


Post the pandemic the schools went online and the entire Education system has gone for a shift, making Technology an inclusive part of Teaching & Training. Necessity is the mother to finding solutions, and even those who could not afford smartphones or had network coverage connectivity issues or never knew how to use and operate smartphones could be helped and guided during this time to join the online education program and it has helped in content delivery to the students and learning while being at home.


This New Normal has also given me a new opportunity and outlook to view life and adapt to the change. Having seen both worlds, pre and pandemic times, I could sense the change which has come be it Education or the ways of Work. Work from Home is the in-culture.

During this period I also adapted to new ways of working and now I am on a journey to provide a complete Education Eco-System to all. Indoor in-class Education to Students (School at SSGS - Hybrid Methodology), Outdoor Leadership Development Program (Camping at GOALS) and Online Digital Coaching (by Suraj Sirmoria).

Where by I shall be teaching - How To Build & Setup - A Super-Profitable Digital Coaching Business in 15 Weeks. My mission is to help at least 100,000 people grow as Digital Leaders and Coaches. Setup Their Knowledge Business Online. Start A Life Of Freedom and lead a Happy, Prosperous and Spiritual lifestyle.
