The session was conducted on 4th June 2026 at B-HUB, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna, under the aegis of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar.

This exclusive session was specially organised for the visiting students of Radiant International School as part of their ongoing summer engagement. Mr. Kumar shared his inspiring entrepreneurial trajectory, detailing the evolution of RodBez from a foundational concept into a successful Bihar-based mobility venture. The interaction provided the young learners with a realistic understanding of building a business from the ground up, navigating operational challenges, and scaling a startup within the state's expanding ecosystem.

The session was conducted on 1st June 2026 at B HUB, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna, under the aegis of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar.

The session marked the commencement of a transformative two-week summer internship programme running from 1st to 14th June 2026 for 31 students of Radient International School, Patna The orientation began with an introduction to Bihar Government’s startup initiatives and the entrepreneurial ecosystem powered by the Department of Industries.

The students were given a comprehensive walkthrough of the B-HUB co-working facility, followed by a strategic mapping and allocation process where they were assigned to specific incubated startups for hands-on learning and collaborative projects.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:
➺ 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Students gained direct insights into the startup initiatives driven by the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, and the institutional support available for young innovators.
➺ 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: A complete walkthrough of the B-HUB facility helped students understand the dynamics of professional co-working spaces and incubation infrastructure.
➺ 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: The framework established a clear path for students to learn, innovate, create, and explore real-world business environments over the 14-day internship duration.

This colearning internship oppertunity to students reinforced CIMP-BIIF’s mission to foster entrepreneurial mindsets at the grassroots level, inspiring the next generation of changemakers and builders.
