"Healthy Ageing Begins with Yoga"
Shaheed Bhagat Singh Group of Educational Institutions celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 with great enthusiasm under the guidance of Yoga Guru and Managing Director-cum-Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj. Based on the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing", the programme aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. Principal ma'am conducted various yoga asanas, including Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Paschimottanasana, Pavanamuktasana, Shavasana, and Anulom Vilom, and explained their benefits. A meditation session was also conducted. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj, distinguished guests, faculty members, volunteer students, and their parents participated enthusiastically. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj expressed the importance of yoga in daily life and encouraged everyone to adopt it for lifelong health and wellness.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks to Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj for organizing the inspiring session.

A Faculty Development Programme was organised by the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Group of Educational Institutions under the able guidance of Managing Director cm Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj. The programme was conducted as part of the induction lectures for teachers. The resource persons delivered useful lectures on various subjects. Prof. Vijay Sharma spoke on English, Dr. Inderpreet Singh Dhammi explained Punjabi, and Mr. Ravinder Singh discussed History. All the speakers explained their topics in detailed manner. The sessions were very informative and helpful for all the teachers. Principal Ma’am also delivered a motivational lecture on the “5 Ds” and inspired the teachers to perform their duties responsibly and sincerely. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, and Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj were also present at the event. Chairman Sir said that faculty development programmes are the need of the day for better understanding of children’s psychology and effective teaching methods.

World Environment Day was celebrated in the school with great enthusiasm. Managing Director cm Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj planted trees along with Prof. Vijay Sharma and Director Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj and Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj appreciated this noble activity. The main aim of the event was to spread awareness about saving trees and protecting the environment. On this occasion, Prof. Vijay Sharma delivered a lecture on the importance of a clean and green environment. Principal ma'am also gave a motivational speech and encouraged staff members to plant more trees and keep the surroundings neat and clean. Everyone promised to protect nature and make the Earth greener and healthier for future generations.

A Pool Party was organised for the junior classes under the able supervision of Managing Director-cum-Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj. The event was held in a clean and hygienic environment with special arrangements for the children. Students enjoyed different water games and fun activities with great excitement and joy. The main aim of the event was to give relaxation, entertainment, and refreshment to the students during the summer season. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, and Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj were also present at the event. They encouraged the students and appreciated the efforts of the staff members for making the event safe, joyful, and memorable for everyone.

World Meditation Day .

It is a proud moment as the students achieved excellent results in the CBSE Class 12 Board Examination. The students passed with flying colours and made everyone proud. The school proudly achieved a 100% result.
Ravinderpal Singh of Medical stream secured 98% marks ( 1st position in Dist. Tarn Taran ).
He also scored 100 out of 100 in Chemistry and Information Technology.

EASWARAMMA DAY

Happiness, fun, and evergreen memories filled the day as a school tour was organized under the guidance of Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director cm Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, and Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj.
The students visited Wonderland Water Park, Jalandhar, Fun Island, Talwandi, and Games Zone, Amritsar. Teachers and students took part in this tour.
The students enjoyed many fun rides like bumper cars, flying jets, boating, playhouse, kids’ boating, aqua dance, and the wave pool etc. They were very happy and excited. Even after lunch, their energy remained high, and they continued to enjoy more rides.
The trip was refreshing and full of joy. It helped students relax and feel happy. The aim of this tour was to give students a break from studies, help them learn through fun, and create good memories with friends and teachers. All the teachers and students thanked to Principal ma’am Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj for organizing this wonderful and memorable trip.

World Labour Day was celebrated in school with respect and happiness. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director cm Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, and Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj present on this event. They distributed ration and eatable things to all the supportive staff of the school. This kind of act expressed care, respect, and gratitude for their hard work and dedication. Respected Principal ma'am gave a speech on Labour Day. She explained the importance of labour and dignity of work. The aim of the event was to honour workers, expessed respect, spread kindness, and teach the value of hard work and equality in society.

On the sacred occasion of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Ji’s Samadhi Diwas, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Group of Educational Institutions paid a heartfelt tribute through prayers and sewa. Baba Ji taught the message “Love All, Serve All,” which inspires everyone to help others with kindness. Chairman Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director-cum-Principal Dr. Mridula Bhardwaj, Director Mr. Satyam Bhardwaj, and Mrs. Shubhii Bhardwaj, along with Sai Samiti members, took part in this noble service. They organized sewa activities at Civil Hospital, Patti. The team served patients and their attendants with care and respect. This act expressed true dedication to humanity and followed the teachings of Baba Ji in a meaningful and respectful way.
