Learning CBT, the practical way 🧠

Students at Vishwakarma University, Pune, explored the power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through an interactive two-day workshop led by alumna Ms. Upasana Shil.

From hands-on activities to case-based discussions, the workshop highlighted how CBT techniques can be applied to real-life psychological concerns.

On 27th February 2026, the School of Pharmacy, Vishwakarma University, Pune organised, ‘Small Gestures, Healthy Futures’, a hygiene and nutrition awareness extension activity at Niwasi Adhar Muk Badhir Vidyalaya, Bibwewadi.

Through interactive sessions, fun games, and visual demonstrations, students and faculty shared important lessons on hygiene, nutrition, and healthy habits with children with hearing and speech impairment, while distributing hygiene kits and educational stationery to support their daily needs.✨
