On 18 June 2026, CIS successfully conducted the Student Council Elections through an online voting platform. Cambridge International School celebrated International Yoga Day on 19 June 2026 with great enthusiasm and zeal. The programme began with the welcoming and felicitation of the Chief Guest. The occasion was graced by the presence of Founder Chairman Dr. Dhananjay Varnekar, Secretary Dnyaneshwar Kalbhor, Director Ram Raina, Principal Sarabjeet Kaur Mahal and Yoga instructor Chandrkant Pangare Sir.
A Yoga Competition was organized between the Punavale and Akurdi branches, where students showcased their flexibility, balance, and dedication to yoga. The participants performed various yoga asanas with confidence and precision.
The winners were awarded prizes and certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances. The event highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.

The Student Council Election process has begun at CIS! Aspiring candidates showcased their leadership potential during the written exam and interview rounds. Campaigning is now in full swing as candidates present their vision to fellow students.
The election will be held on 18th June 2026.
