Khalsa Higher Secondary School organized a fun-filled picnic for Classes 3rd to 6th at Shalimar Mughal Garden, Srinagar, on 15th June 2026. Students enjoyed games, sightseeing, and quality time with friends and teachers amidst the garden's beautiful surroundings.

Class 1 students enthusiastically participated in an activity on healthy and unhealthy food. Through role play, they learned the importance of nutritious food and healthy eating habits.

Khalsa Higher Secondary School successfully hosted a two-day Science Festival, “Curious Minds,” on 5th & 6th May, celebrating innovation, creativity, and scientific learning.

We sincerely thank the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, JK Students Welfare Society, our school management, Principal Mr. P. K. Thapar, Vice Principal Mrs. Gurmeet Kour, staff, and all guests for their support.

We were honoured by the presence of our Chief Guest, Dr. Professor Bikram Singh Ji, and Guest of Honour, Dr. Hartej Singh, whose inspiring words motivated our students.

Students from various schools enthusiastically participated in activities like model making, poster making, quizzes, debates, seminars, disaster management, and water testing under the theme “Innovation.”
