Khanday Imtiyaz Ahmed (commonly known as Imtiyaz) hails from Meej, Pampore in Jammu & Kashmir, India. He is a dedicated biology teacher committed to shaping young minds and fostering scientific curiosity among students. His journey in education reflects both passion and perseverance.
Early Life & Education
Imtiyaz completed his early schooling at Islamia Middle School, Konibal and Hanfiya School, Wuyan. He went on to finish his higher secondary education from Boys Higher Secondary School, Pampore. Driven by a strong interest in science and teaching, he pursued higher studies and earned his undergraduate degree from SP College, Srinagar.
Further sharpening his skills in education, Imtiyaz completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Diploma in Teaching, and later an M.Sc. in Food Science—a blend of science and pedagogical training that strengthened his expertise both in subject knowledge and classroom practice.
Professional Career
Imtiyaz began his teaching career with a formative phase at MTI School, Khanmoh, where he worked for about 7 years. During this time, he was greatly influenced by his mentors, Gulam Mohammed Baba and Peer Bashir Ahmed Shardar, whose guidance shaped his outlook on teaching and professionalism.
He currently serves as a biology teacher at Satisar Educational Institute, Pampore, where he is known for his dedication to students and commitment to quality education.

Personal Life
