ഈ വർഷത്തെ ലോക പരിസ്ഥിതി ദിനം വിപുലമായ പരിപാടികളോടെ ആചരിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലും വിവിധങ്ങളായ പരിപാടികൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ പ്രകൃതിസംരക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അവബോധം വളർത്തുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ വൃക്ഷത്തൈ നടീൽ, പരിസ്ഥിതി ദിന സന്ദേശം, പ്രതിജ്ഞ, സെമിനാറുകളും ബോധവൽക്കരണവും, പരിസ്ഥിതി ക്വിസ് മത്സരം, 'പ്രകൃതിസംരക്ഷണം' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ ചിത്രരചനാ പ്രസംഗ മത്സരം, പോസ്റ്റർ നിർമ്മാണം, സ്കൂൾ കാമ്പസ് ശുചീകരണം തുടങ്ങി വിവിധങ്ങളായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളാണ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. ചില സ്കൂളുകളിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വീടുകളിൽ നട്ടുപിടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി പരിസ്ഥിതി ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ വകയായി സൗജന്യമായി വൃക്ഷത്തൈകളും വിതരണം ചെയ്തു. പൊതുപ്രവർത്തകർ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ, വിശിഷ്ട വ്യക്തികൾ തുടങ്ങിയവർ പരിപാടികളുടെ ഭാഗമായി.

World Environment Day 2026
On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, is undertaking a series of initiatives under the aegis of ** ** to strengthen environmental awareness and promote sustainable lifestyles among school students across the country.

Key initiatives include:

🌿 **100% saturation of Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE** in schools
🌿 **Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0** campaign from **5th June to 30th September 2026**
🌿 Creating awareness among students about **India’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs)** and climate commitments

These initiatives aim to nurture environmentally responsible citizens and inspire meaningful action towards a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future.
