Rarely use hota hai
7. Posterior Tibial Pulse (टखने के पास)
Ankle ke piche (inner side)
Peripheral circulation check
8. Dorsalis Pedis Pulse (पैर के ऊपर)

🔢 Common Pain Scales:
1. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS)
Scale: 0 to 10
0 = No pain
1–3 = Mild pain
4–6 = Moderate pain
7–10 = Severe pain
👉 Example: “On a scale of 0–10, how much pain do you feel?”
2. Visual Analog Scale (VAS)
A straight line (usually 10 cm)
One end = No pain, other end = Worst pain
Patient marks a point on the line
3. Wong-Baker Faces Pain Scale
Uses facial expressions 😊😐😣😭
Good for children or illiterate patients
4. FLACC Scale (for infants)
Used for babies or unconscious patients

1️⃣ Intradermal (ID) Injection
Site: Inner forearm (अंदरूनी बांह की त्वचा)
Use:
Allergy test
Tuberculin test (Mantoux test)
2️⃣ Subcutaneous (SC) Injection
Site:
Upper arm
Abdomen
Thigh
Use:
Insulin injection
Heparin injection
3️⃣ Intramuscular (IM) Injection
Site:
Deltoid muscle (upper arm)
Gluteus muscle (buttock)
Vastus lateralis (thigh)
Use:
Vaccines
Antibiotics
Vitamin injections
4️⃣ Intravenous (IV) Injection
Site:
Veins of hand
Veins of forearm

IV fluids

5️⃣ Intraosseous (IO) Injection

Types of Bandage with Indication and Use
1️⃣ Roller Bandage
Indication: Wounds, sprains, and support for injured parts.
Use: Used to cover wounds, hold dressings in place, and provide support to joints.
2️⃣ Triangular Bandage
Indication: Fracture or arm injury.
Use: Used as a sling to support the arm or to immobilize injured parts.
3️⃣ Crepe Bandage (Elastic Bandage)
Indication: Sprain, strain, swelling.
Use: Provides compression and support to muscles and joints.
4️⃣ Adhesive Bandage (Band-Aid)
Indication: Small cuts and minor wounds.
Use: Protects the wound from infection and keeps it clean.
5️⃣ Gauze Bandage
Indication: Open wounds and surgical wounds.
Use: Absorbs blood and exudate and protects the wound.
6️⃣ Tubular Bandage
Indication: Finger, hand, or limb injuries.
Use: Holds dressings in place and provides light support.
7️⃣ Plaster Bandage (POP Bandage)
Indication: Fractures and bone injuries.
Use: Immobilizes the injured bone to allow proper healing.
8️⃣ Pressure Bandage
Indication: Heavy bleeding.
Use: Applies pressure to stop bleeding.
