One month ago, the first Rome Business Summit 2026 took place in Rome.

🚀 Over 500 CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals came together for a full day dedicated to the future of business, leadership and innovation, powered by Rome Business School.

It was more than an event. It was a moment of exchange, where different perspectives met to discuss how Artificial Intelligence, decision-making, cognitive complexity and innovation are reshaping the way we work and lead.

What stayed with us is a shared awareness: in a world that is changing faster than ever, the ability to think critically, adapt and lead through complexity is what truly makes the difference.

A month later, the ideas and conversations from that day continue to inspire the way we learn, teach and imagine the future.

A sincere thank you to all speakers, participants and partners who made the first edition of the Rome Business Summit possible.

✨ Keeping inspiring Better Managers for a Better World

🇮🇹 When you think about tourism in Italy, what comes to mind?

Rome? Florence? Venice?

What if the next tourism boom came from somewhere else? 👀

According to the latest Rome Business School report, Italy is expected to reach 477 million overnight stays in 2026, with more than half of demand coming from international visitors.

But the real story isn't just about growth.

📍 Borghi and inland destinations are gaining attention, with online searches up by 52%.
✈️ Travelers are becoming more spontaneous, with over 40% of bookings made within 30 days of departure.

💼 Tourism now generates €237.4B in GDP and supports 13.2% of employment in Italy.

The question is no longer whether tourism is growing.

It's where growth is happening and how Italy can turn it into long-term value.

🎬 How do streaming platforms keep millions of users engaged? Students explored it during a Business Practice Lab with Mediaset Infinity.

🧠 From Customer Lifetime Value and churn reduction to behavioral segmentation, CRM automation and personalized content strategies, the session showed how data is used to understand, engage and retain users.

📊 Students discovered how digital companies turn behaviour into strategy, combining analytics, technology and user experience to drive growth in a highly competitive streaming market.

🚀 The key takeaway? In the digital economy, success is not only about attracting users, but about building experiences that make them stay.

💼 A special thanks to Carlo Maria Foscale and Mediaset Infinity for sharing real industry insights and bringing the reality of the sector into the classroom.

✨ Turning data into engagement, and insights into action.

💡 Corporate Advisory Board Day 2026

We are glad to share some of the best moments from this year’s Corporate Advisory Board Annual Meeting.

Our CAB members, who throughout the year gathered in 7 workshops, met with our students and contributed to shaping our educational vision, came together once again at the Rome Cavalieri Hotel to discuss the trends and challenges shaping the future of business and society.

We want to thank again all our Corporate Advisory Board members for their commitment and contribution throughout the year, and our keynote speaker, Lucrezia Reichlin, Former Director General of Research at the European Central Bank, who shared her valuable perspective on one of the key challenges shaping our future:

💬 "AI is accelerating energy demand at an unprecedented pace. The challenge ahead is no longer just sustainability, but balancing innovation, energy resilience, and diversification in a rapidly changing geopolitical landscape."

From Leadership 2030 and Business & AI to Finance and the Creator Economy, the discussion brought together different perspectives with one shared goal: understanding tomorrow to better prepare today's leaders.

Together, we continue shaping Better Managers for a Better World. 🚀

What does it take to become a successful Project Manager in an uncertain world? 💡

Marino Lizza, Program Director of the International Master in Project Management, shares his perspective 👇

✅ Set the bar high.
The goal is to prepare students to manage any kind of project, in any industry, by developing a strong mastery of project management methodologies.

✅ Be committed and proactive.
Learning is a shared journey. Students are encouraged to be consistent, interactive and actively contribute to the learning experience.

✅ Learn to manage complexity.
Project management is built on structured methodologies, but projects are often unpredictable. Future project managers must be ready to navigate complexity, balancing people, budgets, timelines and business objectives.

What's the biggest challenge in project management for you?
