Starting them young. My son Theo loves the sea and diving already especially holding his breath, on his way to one minute 🐳 😎!

Another great pool course! Well done to Cambridge, Robbie and Davo who all successfully completed the course with some amazing static times with Robbie smashing a 3 minute plus hold. We have one more space available on our pool freedive course on 16th May 0800 to 1200. This is a great chance to get involved in freediving and learn all the safety skills and breathing techniques to assist in making your dives more comfortable. If you’re interested please get in touch ! 🌊🐟😎

Well done to Edward and Eva for passing their Pure Apnea Pool course this weekend. They both did some amazing breath holds with Edward smashing a 2:47minute 🐋! Great to meet you guys and hope to see you back soon for some more diving! 😎🌊🐟
