🌸 Prenatal Yoga — Nurture, Calm & Strengthen for Birth and Motherhood🌸
Take some time each week to slow down, breathe, and connect with your changing body during pregnancy.
Our next 6-week Prenatal Yoga course begins on Tuesday 4 August at 6:00 PM, offering a calm, supportive space for mums-to-be to move, rest, and prepare for the journey ahead.
These gentle and nurturing classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable in your body, and better prepared—both physically and emotionally—for birth and early motherhood.
In each class, you'll:
✨ Practise calming breathwork to support you throughout pregnancy and labour
✨ Build strength and stability with pregnancy-safe yoga postures
✨ Improve posture and mobility to ease back pain, pelvic discomfort, and everyday aches
✨ Learn relaxation techniques to help manage stress and promote better sleep
✨ Connect with other local mums-to-be in a warm and welcoming environment
Course Details
📍 Who:Women from 12 to 14+ weeks pregnant — no previous yoga experience needed
📍 Where: Quaker's Meeting House, 71 La Colomberie, St Helier
📅 When: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
Dates: 4 August, 11 August, 18 August, 25 August, 1 September & 8 September
👶 Small group setting (maximum 10 participants) to ensure personalised attention and support.
