Jai-Quan Bell () is the current President of the Students Council of Excelsior High School 2023-2024.

He is the second past student of Jessie Ripoll Primary School (JRPS) to hold the position in the past four (4) years.

In fact, JRPS past students have dominated this position over the past decade because we have seen over three (3) presidents who were past students.

The others, aside from Mr. Bell, were; J. Green, Joseph Morgan (Current Head Boy), and Isheba Cornwall (Former Head Girl).

For our back-to-school donations, ten (10) students have been assisted for the academic year Sept 2023-July 2024.

We also launched the Diane Allen Scholarship to commemorate one of our Past Presidents, with one lucky student receiving tuition, a J$13,000 book voucher, and a lunch voucher.

Thanks to all the people, friends, companies, and past students who assisted.
