"Strive to make a difference"
What have I not been called? Emotional, Dominant, Hard, Someone that doesn't know when to quit, Confrontational. I'd rather think of myself as Eloquent, Relentless, Evaluative, Persistent and Meticulous. As a woman who believes and stands for Equality, my journey began in the background. I've empowered and assisted others in becoming the best them they can be , and that helped me become the person I am today. As a female leader, it is challenging to be seen and heard, to be accepted as freely as into any room, especially when I am in the position that a man "should" be in. However, I've learnt the value of tenacity. Use your voice, be the voice of change. Every minor setback is a stepping stone for a major comeback. Begin to think I can do this because I am a female rather than this isn't for a female. Become the change you want to see. Just do it!! No matter how small it may seem to be. "Whomever you are, wherever you are, strive to make a difference."
