Over 97 Jamaican teachers showed up today for our free online training on Inclusive Strategies for the Classroom 🙌.

The energy, the engagement, and the passion for making education more equitable left me so inspired. Together, we explored practical, low-cost ways to make sure every learner feels seen and supported.

When I bought Montessori Children’s World in 2013, I was terrified—unsure of what to do or how to lead a school. But over ten years later, I can proudly say I grew with it.

The Montessori philosophy didn’t just shape the children—it shaped me too. It taught me leadership, accounting, HR, curriculum design, and project management. I became the kind of leader I never imagined I’d be.

My name is Kerry Ann Lee, and I own Montessori Children’s World.
Since then, I’ve also gained UK-based teaching qualifications and experience. This journey has deepened my vision to make our school more inclusive, global, and forward-thinking in its approach.

As we prepare to relaunch, I’m proud to share we’re also publishing two books—one for toddlers learning to trace, and one for teens ready to glow up their handwriting.

The journey continues—and it’s only getting better.
