Through donations and fundraisings, the foundation will provide scholarships to high school students (2nd to 6th form) who represent their school in any sporting discip

As the very first scholarship recipient selected from St. Andrew High School, our 2020 scholarship recipient Samantha Morrison recently graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Samantha was also the only female graduate in my Biomedical Engineering cohort. During her tenure she remained dedicated both academically and athletically, serving as Co-Captain for the Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Samantha is now one step closer to her long term goal of becoming an orthopedic sports doctor! πŸ‡―πŸ‡²πŸŽ‰πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸŽ“πŸ₯³πŸ™ŒπŸΎβ€¦..” I wanted to share this achievement as a testament to the difference the Foundation makes in the lives of young Jamaicans and to thank you all for believing in my potential. Your support helped lay the foundation for accomplishments that once seemed like distant dreams.” - Samantha Morrison / PRF 2020 Scholarship Recipient

Feel-Good Friday ✨

Morning training or evening training? We put the question to our student-athletes and got some interesting answers.

From early risers who like to get it out of the way to those who prefer hitting the field after a full day, it’s clear that every athlete has their own routine.

Which team are you on β€” morning or evening training? πŸ‘€

Kicking it back to 2022 when Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce was one of the invited guest watching Prince William playing a friendly game of football alongside Raheem Sterling and Leon Bailey in Trench Town! Four English-speaking national teams have qualified for FIFA World Cup 2026;
Canada, England, Scotland and the USA.
The last time an English-speaking country won the FIFA World Cup was 1966, when host nation England defeated West Germany 4-2 at Wembley Stadium. This remains their first and only World Cup title to date for England. It’s anyone’s guess who will take hold of the Trophy. 🌎πŸ”₯πŸ†
