We were honoured to host officials from the Tourism Fund, who paid a courtesy visit to Bungoma National Polytechnic yesterday.

During their visit, the team toured our Assessment Centre and the Hospitality Department, where they engaged with staff and gained first-hand insight into our commitment to quality training, skills development, and excellence in hospitality education.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our state-of-the-art facilities, innovative training approaches, and our dedication to nurturing competent professionals for the tourism and hospitality industry.

We appreciate the Tourism Fund for taking the time to visit our institution and for their continued support in advancing technical and vocational education in Kenya.

Together, we are building a skilled workforce for a vibrant and sustainable tourism sector.

The Crowning of Miss. Bungoma National Polytechnic

The curtains have fallen on yet another spectacular Cultural Week at Bungoma National Polytechnic, leaving behind unforgettable memories, strengthened bonds, and a renewed appreciation of our rich cultural heritage.

Throughout the week, our campus came alive with colour, creativity, talent, and diversity as students and staff proudly showcased the traditions, values, fashion, music, dance, cuisine, and artistic expressions that define our communities.

From the vibrant Kitenge Wear Day to the exciting Crazy Wear celebrations, captivating cultural performances, exhibitions, and competitions, every moment reflected the unity in diversity that makes Bungoma National Polytechnic a centre of excellence and inclusivity.

The festival reached its grand finale on Friday with a series of thrilling events, culminating in the much-anticipated crowning of Mr Bungoma National Polytechnic and Miss Bungoma National Polytechnic. The winners emerged as outstanding ambassadors of confidence, intelligence, creativity, and cultural pride.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the newly crowned title holders and commend all participants, organisers, staff, and students whose dedication and enthusiasm made this year's Cultural Week an overwhelming success.
