1. Make that hard decision - Quit, Move on, Move in, Cut off - Just set off

2. Don't involve everyone infact involve no one. Consult if very necessary of course - it's good to inform at a point.

3. Take care of your health- Mental and Physical ; Keep positive vibes, thrive and survive but also eat well whenever you meet food , except for frogs stick to one.

In 2026, Disappear, Build up, Grow, Become and monster and be rare or even close to impossible to find!
