Our team is seeking talented Instructors/industry experts to build world-class training content for our online learning platform. Trace Africa Smart Ltd is growing and with this growth comes the need for high-quality training content. We are looking for innovative, engaging and impactful training that meets the needs of individuals, business organizations, government and non-governmental organizations.
Responsibilities
•Develop engaging online, virtual, instructor-led, and hands-on training content for Tasl customers
•Teach what you know and help learners explore their interests, gain new skills, and advance their careers.
•Expand your professional network, build your expertise, and earn money on each paid enrollment.
•Continuously assess the quality and relevance of training materials and improve as needed
•Work with the team to create activities and exercises that bring training to life
•Developing new learning content and maintaining existing support materials
Requirements
•Experience working in in subject for a minimum of 3 years
•Able to identify skills gaps in the said subject of expertise
•Experience developing training materials from scratch is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
•Experience in developing and delivering virtual classes is a plus
•Engaging and persuasive training facilitation skills
•Ability to work through the full instructional design process preferred
•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, experience with industry standard content development tools is a plus

Pilot and test new courses, and prepare and cross-train facilitators on the content
Keeping track of new templates and styles to implement and keep documentation up to date
Requirements
Experience working in in subject for a minimum of 3 years
Able to identify skills gaps in the said subject of expertise
Experience developing training materials from scratch is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment preferred
Experience in developing and delivering virtual classes is a plus
Passion for thinking out of the box and delivering results
Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills in English
Engaging and persuasive training facilitation skills
Proven ability to integrate adult learning principles into training
Ability to work through the full instructional design process preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, experience with industry standard content development tools is a plus
Detail oriented and creative in training approaches and content
Identify and implement continuous improvement in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
