WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2026 🌍🌱

Environmental Conservation is one of the key pillars of Brilliant Angels Community Based Organization (CBO). Today, as we joined the world in celebrating World Environment Day, some learners from Brilliant Angels Academy had the privilege of joining Truphena Muthoni at The Alliance High School for a tree-growing activity aimed at promoting environmental sustainability.

The learners actively participated in planting trees and gained valuable knowledge on the importance of protecting and conserving our environment.

Through this experience, they learned that every individual, regardless of age, has a role to play in safeguarding our planet for future generations.

As environmental stewards, we believe that children should be empowered to become champions of environmental conservation by embracing simple actions such as planting trees, reducing waste, and caring for nature.

Let us all commit to protecting our environment today so that future generations can enjoy a healthier and greener tomorrow.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting Braeburn International School as part of our ongoing educational exchange program.

The visit created a meaningful platform for students from both schools to interact, learn, and grow together through classroom engagement and outdoor activities.

Our learners had the opportunity to share ideas, build friendships, and experience learning in a new social context. Through this partnership, our students are gaining exposure to possibilities beyond their immediate environment, broadening their horizons and inspiring them to dream bigger about their future.

Today was a remarkable day for Brilliant Angels Education Centre! 🌍✨

Our students proudly took part in the environmental clean-up of Githogoro, answering the rallying call: “Mazingira Yetu, Jukumu Letu” — Our Environment, Our Responsibility.

Led by members of our Environmental Club, the learners rolled up their sleeves and actively participated in making our community cleaner and healthier. More than just picking up litter, they were part of a movement — a message of responsibility, action, and hope.

By involving young learners in such initiatives, we are planting seeds of environmental stewardship early in life. They begin to understand that taking care of the environment is not a one-day event, but a lifelong commitment.

These young champions have pledged to be environmental ambassadors in Githogoro — advocating for cleaner spaces, sustainable practices, and mobilizing others to take part in protecting our shared home.

We believe that change begins with the young, and today, our students proved that they are ready to take on that responsibility.

Today, our students had the wonderful opportunity to visit Millennium Global School International as part of our ongoing informal partnership. This visit was not only educational but also an enriching experience that allowed our students to explore a different learning environment and interact with their peers from an international school.

One of the key highlights of this partnership is the generous donation of stationeries by Millennium Global School, which will greatly benefit our students. These materials will enhance the learning experience, ensuring that our students have the necessary tools to succeed in their studies.

Beyond the donation, the visit provided a platform for knowledge exchange, cultural interaction, and exposure to diverse teaching methods. Such experiences inspire our students, broaden their perspectives, and encourage them to strive for academic excellence.
