Quiet Quitting Was Never the Problem; Weak Leadership Was.
How often do you get to hear of this? Among colleagues, in between conversations, and even in social spaces?
📌Quiet quitting did not suddenly appear because employees became lazy or disconnected; it emerged because many leaders failed to create environments where people felt valued, supported, and linked to organizational purpose.
