After 30 years in business and leadership, I'm relaunching my Facebook engagement. Not because I failed. But because I want to share my purpose in a more meaningful way.

Three decades ago, I walked into my first leadership role full of confidence and very little wisdom. 😅

What followed was one of the greatest educations of my life — sometimes inspiring, sometimes humbling, but always real.

I learned what it truly takes to lead people. To build teams that perform even when you're not in the room. To create organizations where people don't just work — they grow.

I learned it through wins. Through mistakes. Through burnout. Through breakthroughs.

And now, as a Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer, I've made it my life's mission to pass every one of those lessons on to people who need them.
