Measurements Day was not about getting the right answer. It was about asking the right questions.

Our Four-Ways learners spent the day discovering the world through measurement: length, width, capacity, and everything in between.

It was practical, purposeful, and perfectly Montessori. At ArkLight, academic growth and personal development are never separate; they are always one journey. 💛

𝗡𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. 𝗡𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸𝘀. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻; 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆, 𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆.

Our learners swapped their uniforms for their favourite pyjamas, packed their best snacks, and took learning to our macadamia farm. The farm became a classroom of a different kind: one full of friendship, shared treats, outdoor games, and memories being made in real time.

We call it Pajama Day & Picnic Day. They call it their favourite day of the term. 🧺

And we think that says everything about how the ArkLight International School nurtures a holistic child.

During our Kind Hearts Day, our learners participated in engaging hands-on activities that encouraged kindness, empathy, teamwork, and social interaction. 💛✨ Through the Montessori approach, the children explored the importance of caring for others in a fun, meaningful, and practical way.

Through these purposeful experiences, our children strengthened their communication skills, emotional awareness, independence, and confidence, all while creating joyful memories together! 🌱

During our Montessori-inspired Shapes Party Day, our learners engaged in interactive experiences that encouraged exploration, creativity, independence, and sensory learning. 🔺🟢🟦

Our parents also brought their A-game during the morning drop-offs, adding excitement, support, and joy to the entire experience. We truly appreciate their involvement and partnership in making learning meaningful for our children. 💙

Through these fun and purposeful activities, our learners developed shape recognition, coordination, confidence, and critical thinking skills—all while having an amazing time! ✨

Our High School learners had an amazing time at Blue Sky Basecamp! 🌿✨

From fun activities and meaningful worship moments to powerful discussions, great food, and time in the Word, it was a truly memorable experience filled with growth, laughter, and connection.
