KEY GAPS ON WHOLISTIC SERVICE / MISSION
1. Misaligned Perspectives:
Distorted worldviews and differing interpretations of Scripture can create a disconnect between professional life and spiritual growth.
2. The Calling Mystery:
Confusion regarding full-time versus part-time ministry, and the roles of clergy and laity, complicates the understanding of how secular work contributes to God’s purpose.
3. Wholistic Mission Misunderstood:
A narrow view of ministry often excludes the workplace as a vital mission field, limiting opportunities for spiritual service.
4. Discipleship and Training Gaps:
Insufficient discipleship and theological training leave individuals unprepared to integrate their faith into their work.
5. The Unseen Ministry:
Many church leaders fail to recognize the ministerial contributions of professionals, leading to feelings of isolation among those trying to connect their faith with their professional lives.
6. Most Churches and Seminaries Lack the Capacity and Self-Evaluation:
They are unable to train ministers equipped for today’s complex world, thus widening the gap between faith and work.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders!
What a powerful time our team had engaging with students — tomorrow’s leaders — on the importance of values-based leadership and practical steps to becoming effective in their areas of influence.

We were honored to equip them with age-appropriate learning materials, thanks to our valued partner organization OneHope. It’s always a joy to plant seeds of transformation in young hearts and minds.

We look forward to many more opportunities to serve and empower schools across the region. Together, we are shaping a generation that leads with integrity and impact.

Today marks the grand finale of the Africa Children Master Trainers Course!
Since Sunday, 27th April, we’ve been on a powerful journey of learning, equipping, and connecting at Lukenya Alkebu Resort and what an incredible ride it has been!

With over 8 African countries represented, this week has been a beautiful testament to the passion and commitment of children’s ministry leaders across the continent. The knowledge shared, the hearts ignited, and the networks built will impact generations to come.

Thank you to every trainer, delegate, and supporter who made this week unforgettable. Africa’s children are in good hands!

Good morning, I draw our attention to listening this morning, and not just listening but listening with the spirit and the heart. What is God Saying to you in this MOMENT?
Habakkuk 2:1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved."
Listening is never easy. Many times it is easier to play deaf. Listening means paying attention, wanting to understand, to value, to respect and to ponder what the other person says. It involves self-sacrifice.
Knowing how to listen is in the spirit is an immense grace, it is a gift which we need to ask for and then make every effort to practice. “Spiritual listening embodies all of our senses as we offer ourselves to another freely and without expectation, providing the opening for deep communion. It is an exchange from the deepest level of our humanity, where we feel at home with one another, resting in the grace and peace of our relationship in God. 1 Corinthians 2:11-12 “11 For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.” As we continue to travail in Prayer today Let us open our spiritual faculties to hear what the father is saying to us.
