The minutes for our Moi Girls Vokoli online meeting held on Saturday, 20th September 2025 are ready. Kindly take some time to go through them and share your comments or opinions.

**MOI GIRLS VOKOLI ALUMNI MEETING MINUTES HIGHLIGHTS 20TH SEPT 2025* ✨

We had a successful online meeting with alumni from different years (1985–2018). Here are the key takeaways:

1. *Revival of Alumni Association* – Members agreed to reconnect and revive the group after inactivity, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

🔹 2. *Vision & Objectives* – Focus on networking, mentorship, welfare, and supporting the school (scholarships & infrastructure). Constitution to be circulated for review and alignment. Members to also share constitutions from various Alumni associations for comparison

🔹3. *Leadership & Structure* – Proposed offices include Chairlady, Secretary, Treasurer & Committee Heads. Teachers will not hold executive roles but may be engaged separately. Elections to be held urgently if current officials are not willing to continue.

🔹 4.*Welfare* – Welfare is a key unifying factor. It will be structured through year/stream sub-groups, with consideration of an insurance scheme for bereavement. The alumni body will support active registered members only.

🔹 5. *Financial Accountability* – Past accounts to be reviewed and a transparent summary of contributions and members shared. Registration and annual contributions to be reintroduced.

🔹 6. *Communication* – One official page to be confirmed, an official WhatsApp group (teachers excluded for candid interaction) to be created, and a Google Form shared to build a central alumni database.

🔹 7. *Activities & Engagements* – Plans include mentorship programs, reunions, scholarships, talks, and community service. Long-term vision includes an alumni resource centre and awards.

🔹 8. *Special Visits* – A farewell visit to Madam Rose Serede (retired), a visit to former Principal Madam Namai, and a courtesy call to the new principal.

🔹 9. *Unity & Moving Forward* – Members appreciated the broad participation and pledged to rebuild trust, support leadership, and maintain respectful engagement.

🙏 Special thanks to all who attended and contributed. Together, we are writing a new chapter for Moi Girls Vokoli Alumni! 💜
