We are excited to share that we have officially kickstarted our SBCC French Class!

This cohort brings together participants from Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Côte d’Ivoire, creating a rich Francophone learning environment focused on strengthening SBCC (Social and Behaviour Change Communication) practice.

The training is designed to enhance participants’ ability to design and deliver effective SBCC strategies through improved French communication, supporting more impactful community engagement and behaviour change programming.
We are looking forward to an engaging and practical learning journey ahead!

Highlights from the MEAL Webinar

We have just concluded our MEAL Webinar, which brought together participants from different parts of Africa on:
“Artificial Intelligence for Development Organizations: Unlocking Smarter Fundraising, Impactful M&E, and Future-Ready HR.”

The session brought together rich discussions on how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the development landscape. From strengthening Monitoring and Evaluation systems through real-time insights to enabling smarter and more targeted fundraising approaches, AI is unlocking new possibilities for greater impact.

We also explored how AI is transforming Human Resources by improving talent management processes, supporting continuous learning, and helping organizations build agile, future-ready teams.

The engagement reflected a growing momentum across Africa in embracing innovation to enhance efficiency, accountability, and impact in development work.

Key takeaway: Artificial Intelligence is not the future of MEAL, it is already shaping it.
