A Restaurant Experience, Created by Our Students

Every Tuesday, the School of Catering & Hospitality at Nakuru Training Institute hosts a High Table Service as part of their practical training in Food & Beverage Production and Service.

From carefully planned menus and professionally prepared three-course meals to table setting, customer service, and food presentation, students take charge of delivering a complete restaurant experience. Each week features different menu options, giving learners the opportunity to develop a wide range of culinary and hospitality skills.

Through hands-on experience, students develop the skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for the hospitality industry.
