សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ៖នាថ្ងៃទី ១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង១០:០០ ព្រឹក ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ជេត​ ជាលី សាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ (RUPP) រួមជាមួយតំណាងមកពីមហាវិទ្យាល័យ វិទ្យាស្ថាន និងការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈប្រតិភូពីសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគី នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ។

គណៈប្រតិភូនេះដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម Mesut ÖZCAN ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគី ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អមដំណើរដោយ លោក Genco BAŞER លេខាធិការទីបី នៃស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគី កញ្ញា Serpil GUCUKLUOĞLU អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលនៃវិទ្យាស្ថាន Yunus Emre Phnom Penh និងលោក Tunahan Eren ARSLAN សាស្ត្រាចារ្យភាសាតួកគី។

ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសម្តែងការគួរសមនេះ បានផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ភាគីទាំងពីរក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈ ពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងផ្នែកអប់រំ និងវប្បធម៌ ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកលទ្ធភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបន្ថែមរវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ និងស្ថាប័នអប់រំនានា និងវិទ្យាស្ថាន Yunus Emre Phnom Penh​ របស់សាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគី ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ ភាសា វប្បធម៌ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរការសិក្សា។

On 10 June 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Prof. Chet Chealy, Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), together with representatives from faculties, institutes, and the International Relations Office (IRO), welcomed a delegation from the Republic of Türkiye at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The delegation was led by His Excellency. Mesut ÖZCAN, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Cambodia, accompanied by Mr. Genco BAŞER, Third Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye, Ms. Serpil GUCUKLUOĞLU, Coordinator of the Yunus Emre Institute Phnom Penh, and Mr. Tunahan Eren ARSLAN, Turkish Lecturer.

The courtesy visit provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views, strengthen academic and cultural ties, and explore potential areas of collaboration between RUPP and Turkish institutions, and Yunus Emre Institute Phnom Penh, particularly in the areas of education, language, culture, and academic exchange.

ពិធីនេះជាសមិទ្ធផលដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងបី។

អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Dongguk នឹងក្លាយជាគ្រឹះនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទៅថ្ងៃអនាគតរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ លើវិស័យនានាដូចជា៖

១. ការបង្កើតកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរសម្រាប់និស្សិត និងបុគ្គលិកអប់រំ
២. ការអភិវឌ្ឍគម្រោងស្រាវជ្រាវរួមគ្នា និងកម្មវិធីសិក្សា
៣. ការរៀបចំសន្និសីទ សិក្ខាសាលា និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរួមគ្នា
៤. ការគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងជាសក

អនុស្សរណៈនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង (MoA) រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ និងក្រុមហ៊ុន HeungKuk AgriTechnology Co., Ltd. នឹងក្លាយជាក្របខ័ណ្ឌការងារសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីស្រាវជ្រាវរួមគ្នារវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។

Royal University of Phnom Penh, 5 June 2026 – His Excellency Professor Chet Chealy, Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, accompanied by representatives from relevant faculties and offices, warmly welcomed the Venerable Ungok Dongwan, Chairperson of Dongguk Educational Foundation Dr. Yun Jae-woong, President of Dongguk University, Mr. Lee Keeyun, Chairman of HeungKuk AgriTechnology Co., Ltd., and their esteemed delegates to the signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) among these three prestigious establishments.

This ceremony marks a significant milestone in strengthening international partnerships among the three organizations.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Dongguk University establishes a foundation for future strategic cooperation between the two institutions in the following areas:
1. The establishment of exchange programs for students, academic staff, and administrative staff.
2. ៊The development of joint research projects and academic programs.
3. The organization of collaborative conferences, seminars, and workshops.
4. Mutual support in implementing global engagement initiatives.

The Memorandum of Agreement between the Royal University of Phnom Penh and HeungKuk AgriTechnology Co., Ltd. provides the framework for implementing a joint research program between both parties.

ក្នុងកិច្ចសំណេះសំណាលនេះ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំងពីរលើការអប់រំ និងការស្រាវជ្រាវ ជាពិសេសផ្តោតទៅលើវេទិកាអប់រំតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ និងការបញ្ចូលបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត​(Artificial Intelligence)ទៅក្នុងការអប់រំ។

កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងគុណភាពនៃការបង្រៀន និងពង្រីកលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានការអប់រំឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ។

A high-level courtesy meeting was held between the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Tsinghua University, People’s Republic of China.

Phnom Penh, May 28, 2026 – His Excellency Professor Chet Chealy, Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, accompanied by representatives from relevant faculties and offices, warmly welcomed Professor Peng Gang, Vice President and Provost of Tsinghua University, and his esteemed delegates.

During the meeting, both universities exchanged views and discussed the potential for bilateral cooperation in education and research, focusing particularly on online education platforms and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into education.

This cooperation seeks to strengthen the quality of pedagogical delivery and expand accessibility to education.
